    I know this thread is done at this point, but I thought I should mention this on behalf of anyone who comes across this thread in the future, facing the same problem. I also have a game object with a Collider2D a CircleCollider2D in my case with isTrigger set to true and no Rigidbody2D attached as this game object stays at a fixed position relative to its parent. If you plan to use the spritesheet for the Plummie character, make sure to repeat the same steps for that spritesheet as well.     You can use the Tilemap Collider 2D component together with the Composite Collider 2D component. When you add both components to the same Tilemap, Unity.Is there a way to make the collider not do this?

    I can very easily create the collision I want for each tile with a simple box collider, but I don't see how I can apply that collision to.How to make one-way platforms using a tilemap?

    By default Unity makes rough collision, to edit it, you want to find the image file in the project view and click Sprite Editor. Then, on the.Without any rigid body, collisions wouldn't be detected at all.

    Make sure you are using the TileMapCollider2D component to add physics to your TileMap Object make sure the object has the "TileMap" Component.The Tilemap Collider 2D component generates a Collider shape based on the shape of the Grid cell, which is determined by the selected Cell Layout of the Grid component.

    I'm making a procedurally generated top-down 2D game. How do I add colliders to the tilemap so that my player can't go trough walls.Is there a way to make the collider not do this?

    I followed those instructions and made both colliders isTrigger=false and I had to put them on special layers with different layer collision.Sprite .

    Then change the ColliderType of all tiles to None, and change the ColliderType of specific tile to Grid by code ,I have encountered the same problem.
